Change the selected menu’s order

  1. Open Your menu and choose the intended Current menu if the selector is shown.
  2. Select Arrange to open Arrange your menu.
  3. Move sections using their up/down buttons. Desktop users can also drag.
  4. Move dishes within their section using the corresponding up/down controls or drag.
  5. Select Save order.

The saved order controls that menu’s display and outputs. Use the arrow buttons on a phone or whenever dragging is difficult. Moving a dish to a different section is a separate action, described below.

Apply a change to selected dishes

  1. Select Select dishes on the menu.
  2. Check the intended dishes. Select all shown selects the currently filtered results, so check search and filter settings first.
  3. Choose Actions · [number].
  4. Read the listed dish names and choose a Bulk action: Hide from outputs, Show on menus, Move to section, or Delete dishes.
  5. For a move, enter Section name. Choose Apply changes for a non-deletion update.

These actions change shared dish records. Their visibility or section changes can affect every menu using those dishes. Reordering one menu is different from changing a dish’s section.

Treat deletion as a separate decision

Delete dishes removes the selected dishes from all menus. If the food may return later, hide the dishes instead so their cards remain available. To remove a dish from only one menu, use Manage menus and change its membership rather than deleting it.

After a bulk change, check the success message and the intended menu. Clear filters if the changed records disappear from the current view. Open any other menu that uses those dishes, then regenerate outputs and replace old printouts as needed.

If the selected count or names are wrong, choose Cancel and return to the menu. Use Cancel selection to leave selection mode. If an error appears, read it before retrying; inspect the saved records rather than assuming the update succeeded.
