Ingredients in. Clear information out.

Dishcard brings together the allergen flags your restaurant records on ingredients. It shows those flags on Dishcards, your printed chart, the web menu and PDF.

Allergen information is based on ingredients entered by the restaurant. Recipes and suppliers change. Ask your server.

Your team checks the source

Check current product labels, supplier information and your recipes. Shared fryers, surfaces and preparation can matter even when an ingredient has no recorded allergen. Record those details as May contain or preparation notes.

Information has limits

Dishcard does not test food, provide medical advice, or certify that a dish is suitable for a guest. A blank matrix cell means the allergen is not listed in the information entered. It does not establish its absence. Incomplete or unreviewed dishes are excluded from allergen exclusion filters.

Changes stay visible

Manual changes require a recorded reason. The editor keeps a warning when an allergen is cleared despite being present in an ingredient. Your team decides whether the entry is accurate.
