Publish, pause, and share your QR menu
Turn on the guest menu, check what guests see, and keep the same QR link as your recipes change.

Check the menu before sharing
Your web menu is the guest-facing version of a selected menu. It shows dish descriptions, entered allergen information, and preparation notes you have explicitly made public. Internal kitchen notes and supplier details are not guest content. A dish can appear with an unfinished-information warning, so publishing is not the same as completing its ingredient review.
Check the restaurant selector first. On desktop, open Web menu. On mobile, open Share, then Web menu & QR. Use the Menu selector to choose the menu you intend to publish.
Enlarge screenshotTurn on and test the link
- Resolve any dishes need ingredients or review warning using Review your menu. Check current recipes and supplier labels before marking information reviewed.
- Enable Show the web menu. The heading should become Web menu is on with an Available badge.
- Select View web menu. Check the restaurant name, menu name, visible dishes, variants, and public notes.
- Select Copy link, or copy the text in Web menu link if browser clipboard access fails.
- Download a QR code and scan it from a guest phone. For a hosted restaurant menu, test the actual hosted address rather than a link to a local computer.
Normal ingredient updates and menu renaming keep the link stable. Guests see the saved information when they load the current menu; a previously downloaded PDF or paper copy does not update itself.
Pause safely and recognize link problems
Clear Show the web menu to pause publication. The same link and printed QR code remain, but guests see This menu is being updated. Ask your server. Re-enable it when the menu is ready.
Change the menu link once is different. Its confirmation, Change and lock link, replaces the address and stops existing QR codes from opening that menu. Make this change before distributing materials, then download replacement codes.
If publication is on but the holding page remains, check the selected menu and billing access. A deleted restaurant also keeps its public menu offline. If the address is not found, compare it with the current link before changing any recipe information.
