Check your trial and included access
Dishcard offers a 14-day free trial with no card required. Open Settings → Plan & billing to see the restaurant’s current status and its actual trial end date. Use that displayed date when planning your setup; it is more useful than estimating from the last time you signed in.
The plan covers one restaurant location, all features, unlimited dishes, and unlimited team seats. Adding a teammate does not turn them into a billing owner. Only the restaurant owner can continue to checkout or manage the subscription.
The plan choices displayed are $19 / month and $190 / year. Annual billing is $38 less than twelve monthly payments. Review the final checkout details before confirming a purchase.

- Check the restaurant selector and open Plan & billing.
- Under Choose your plan, select the monthly or annual billing interval.
- Select Continue to checkout. Review the restaurant, interval, amount, and payment details on the checkout page.
- Complete the payment provider’s required steps. If you leave or cancel checkout, do not assume a subscription was purchased.
- Return to Dishcard and reopen Plan & billing. Confirm the displayed status and current access date after the payment provider has confirmed the subscription.
The redirect back to Dishcard is not, by itself, proof of an active subscription. If the status has not updated, check the provider’s completion result and avoid starting another purchase until the first outcome is clear.
Know what happens if the trial ends
When an unpaid trial ends, editing pauses. Saved information remains available to view and export. The public menu has a limited grace period before its link shows a holding page; Plan & billing displays the relevant date.
You do not need to recreate the restaurant to subscribe later. Use the existing restaurant and check its restored editing and publication status after payment is confirmed.
If you see Billing is not connected on this machine, checkout, payments, and subscription changes are unavailable there; that screen states that no payment has been collected. If checkout reports an error, keep the selected restaurant and review billing management or read-only recovery. A scheduled restaurant deletion must be restored before continuing with checkout.
