Here’s what to expect before you start.
How much does Dishcard cost?
Dishcard costs USD $19 per month or $190 per year for one restaurant, with unlimited dishes and teammates. The 14-day free trial requires no payment card. Each restaurant location needs its own subscription.
Do I need to enter a card to start the trial?
No. Your 14-day trial starts without a payment card. A paid subscription begins only after you complete Stripe Checkout. There is no automatic trial charge without that checkout.
What is included in the price?
One restaurant subscription includes unlimited dishes, named menus and teammates; ingredient and house-recipe records; printed matrices; QR web menus; ingredient-detail PDFs; roles, version history and exports.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. The annual plan is USD $190 billed once per year. Twelve monthly payments total $228, so annual billing saves $38 per year. The features are the same on both billing intervals.
What happens when my trial or subscription ends?
When editing access ends, your existing records and data exports remain available. Subscribe to resume editing. Check your account and public menu status in the app; printed copies and downloaded files remain yours.
Can I cancel or change my billing interval?
You can manage your subscription, payment method and future renewals through the billing portal. The portal shows when a cancellation or interval change takes effect before you confirm it.
Does one subscription cover several locations?
No. One subscription covers one restaurant location. You can belong to more than one restaurant account, with a separate subscription for each. Shared multi-location management and POS integrations are not included.
